Step into the world of clay with confidence, curiosity, and a whole lot of creative fall fun! This class is designed for beginners, yet welcoming to returning students and experienced makers who want to explore personal themes and expand their creative visions. You will learn essential hand-building techniques while creating imaginative, seasonal pieces inspired by the cozy charm of autumn. Projects may include whimsical fall gnomes, glowing jack-o’-lanterns, tiny woodland dwellings, sculptural leaves, festive treasures, and other joyful creations shaped by the spirit of the season.

Personal themes are always welcome. Bring your own ideas, inspirations, and visions to life in clay. Along the way discover how grounding and restorative clay can be, a gentle pause in the week that invites presence, creativity, and ease. This class is as much about community as it is about art. Expect a warm, supportive atmosphere where people encourage one another, share ideas, laugh, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something with their hands. While the focus is on hand-building, you will also have the opportunity to try the pottery wheel if you would like, simply as a fun, optional experience with no pressure at all. Come enjoy camaraderie, gentle creativity, and the soothing magic of shaping clay into meaningful autumn treasures.
